1. UPSC Civil Services Examination

The civil services test is held to recruit officers for various jobs like as IAS, IPS, IFS, etc. Talking about the syllabus of this exam, UPSC has a large syllabus, and the paper pattern examines aptitude, problem-solving ability, reasoning, reading, and writing skills. Three stages make up this test: preliminary, major, and interview procedure. The preliminary test comprises of MCQs and also contains a negative grading of 0.33 mark. This test is held in September / October every year. This exam is for 3 hours for a total of 100 marks. This test contains a negative marking of 0.25 marks as a penalty. The Prelims test contains three portions, namely: Quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, and English language. All the applicants who qualify for the preliminary test are eligible for the Mains exam.
The Mains exam consists of two papers, i.e., an objective test and a descriptive examination, both conducted in online mode by the IBPS. There are two cut-offs that the candidate will have to meet in order to get picked. To get selected for the job of PO, the candidate has to qualify at every step.
3. SBI PO Exam

This test comprises of three phases Prelims, Mains & Interview. To get selected as a Probationary Officer in SBI, the candidate has to qualify for all the stages. A preliminary exam is held in the first stage, which consists of 100 marks and carries a negative grading of 0.25 per question for every false response tried. After the preliminary test, a category-wise merit list is issued based on the aggregate marks achieved in the exam. Based on the list, the selected students are eligible for the Mains test.
The Mains exam combines objective and descriptive examinations. The maximum mark a candidate may achieve in this exam is 200. For every false question tried by a candidate, 0.25 marks will be taken as a penalty, however, no deduction will be done if the question is left unattempted. The third stage is the interview procedure. All the applicants who qualify for the Mains test will be summoned for an interview procedure in which the candidate will be asked about their prior experience and the questions connected to general knowledge.
After the interview, a merit list will be produced in which the score of the preliminary exam, main exam, and the interview procedure are taken into consideration. The applicants who clear the cut-off will be employed as Probationary Officers in SBI.
4. SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination

Often referred to as the SSC exam, this exam includes of 4 stages Tier – I (Preliminary), Tier II (Mains Exam), Tier III (Descriptive Paper), and Tier IV (Data entry skill test / Computer Proficiency Test). It is one of the toughest tests in the banking profession.

9. SSC CHSL Top 10 Government Exams in India
The Staff Selection Commission is one of the most wanted organizations for the Government examinations in India. This test is administered by SSC for the recruitment of Lower Division Clerk, Junior Secretariat, Postal Assistant, Sorting assistant, and Data input operator. To get recommended by the board, the candidate has to clear the Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III test.
The Tier-I test contains four topics General awareness, General intelligence, quantitative aptitude, and English language. This test is for 200 marks.
The Tier-II test comprises of essay writing, letter, and application writing. Thirty-three marks are necessary for qualifying for this test.
The Tier-III exam is a typing examination in two languages, Hindi and English. In order to clear this exam, the applicant has to type 30-35 words per minute. The duration of this exam is 15 minutes. For the visually challenged applicants, the period is 30 minutes.
